From the beginning they were able to design a bespoke programme adapted to my needs to achieve a DCL certification in French as a foreign language. Mathilde is a professional, friendly, and organized teacher. She is always prepared with a full lesson plan, homework assignments, and interesting discussion topics. My French improved immensely with just an initial 10 classes, and my confidence has skyrocketed over 3 semesters. She also has helped me feel welcome in France and less like an outsider. My husband also took lessons and now we both speak French at home. Mathilde adapted everything to my needs, met me as a person and taught me French that I will use in my daily routine, on the other hand, my husband has very different routine and she adapted her lessons to his needs. They are filled with culture context, are challenging at the right level, but never boring. When I started with her, I could have a basic French conversations, with very little comprehension when spoken to. Now I can engage is conversations and understand most of what is told to me.
