Skills assessments with HAPPY IN FRANCE
Career coaching & competency evaluation
At HAPPY IN FRANCE®, we view a skills assessment as much more than an HR tool. It is a constructive pause, a moment to reflect, re-center, and envision a new professional chapter in alignment with your desires, talents, and values. Our tailored, human-centered skills assessments are offered in Toulouse, Colomiers, or online, within a supportive, dynamic, and structured environment.
Whether you want to take stock of your career, explore a new path, navigate a professional transition, or clarify the meaning of your work and life balance, our program helps you identify your strengths, clarify your objectives, regain confidence, and develop a solid, realistic, and motivating professional project.
Target audience
Our skills assessments are designed for individuals in various professional situations. They are suitable for employees in the private or associative sector, freelancers, entrepreneurs, expatriates and accompanying partners, as well as high-level athletes preparing for post-career transitions. Programs can be delivered in French, English, or Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of participants.
Objectives
The purpose of our skills assessment is to provide participants with a clear and personalized path for professional development. Through a systematic approach, we consider your career trajectory, personality, environment, values, and life constraints.
Participants will gain insights into their strengths and deep aspirations, clarify their professional or training objectives, regain self-confidence, and construct a realistic, motivating career project aligned with their values and ambitions.
Program and methods
Each program is fully customized, reflecting the individual’s goals, availabilities and situation. Our methodology combines professional coaching, reflective exercises, and interactive sessions with an experienced and attentive coach.
Participants begin with a free, no-obligation discovery interview and a preliminary questionnaire to identify expectations and define the modalities of support.
Programs include multiple sessions spread over several weeks, typically totaling 12 to 24 hours, depending on your availability and pace. Both in-person sessions at our Colomiers center and online sessions via secure platforms are available. In-person sessions provide a confidential, interactive, and supportive learning environment, while online sessions offer the flexibility to participate from home or the office anywhere in France.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites are required. Access is open to all, regardless of educational background or professional experience. The initial evaluation ensures that the program is adapted to your needs and professional sector.
Evaluation
Progress is assessed throughout the program using reflective exercises, interviews, and practical applications of learned insights. Participants receive ongoing feedback and a final summary report detailing achievements, identified strengths, recommendations and an action plan detailing the next steps in their career development.
Duration and access
Skills assessments can start within 2 to 4 weeks following your request, depending on your schedule, the coach’s availability, and administrative procedures, including funding modalities. Registration is confirmed after a discovery interview with HAPPY IN FRANCE and validation of the quote or CPF registration. Programs can be scheduled throughout the year.
Accessibility for learners with disabilities
HAPPY IN FRANCE is committed to accessibility. Participants with disabilities who wish to follow a skills assessment are encouraged to contact us directly so we can discuss and implement solutions that allow full participation.
Pricing and funding
Because each participant’s journey is unique, pricing varies depending on the duration of the program, the chosen funding method (CPF, OPCO, company sponsorship, or self-financing), and individual circumstances. Please contact us to receive a detailed pricing plan tailored to your situation.
Our skills assessments are Qualiopi-certified, which makes them eligible for CPF funding via « Mon Compte Formation ». We provide guidance for all necessary administrative procedures to ensure a smooth funding process.
HAPPY IN FRANCE has received the quality label QUALIOPI for its trainings and skills assessments from APAVE in 2023.
