The decree of May 31, 2023, concerning various measures regarding the quality certification of training organizations, requires that certified organizations display their certificate on their premises and on their website. If the organization does not have a website, it must provide a copy of the certificate to any candidate, trainee, apprentice, or funder referred to in Article L. 6316-1 of the French Labor Code upon request.
