HAPPY IN FRANCE offers a unique opportunity for international athletes joining French clubs and  French staff and players welcoming them

We offer customized French courses, both individual and group, designed to strengthen team cohesion.

We also provide English courses for staff interacting with foreign athletes and for French players competing internationally.

Our programs are tailored in close collaboration with the club to address each team’s specific challenges. Whether it’s improving communication among players, helping new members integrate, or boosting team spirit, our French courses are adapted to your needs.

In parallel, we understand that athletes have busy schedules, which is why we offer the flexibility to conduct our courses directly at the club.

For French athletes competing on the international circuit or looking to improve their language skills, we offer fun and modern English courses.

Short on time? Whether you’re a rugby player, basketball player, or an athlete from another discipline, we have the experience to tailor our educational programs to your schedule, with the goal of helping you progress optimally.

HAPPY IN FRANCE offers English lessons for athletes

Additionally, all our training programs are certified, making you eligible for funding through:

CPF, AFDAS, OPCO (for entrepreneurs)

We are AFDAS certified, meaning our programs can be fully funded by this Opco. This is excellent news for clubs looking to invest in player development without worrying about the cost. CPF funding is also available for athletes who wish to use it for certified language training.

I can't recommend Mathilde highly enough! I enjoyed my 20h with Mathilde. She is very professional and we had such a great time. My husband also took lessons and now we both speak French at home. I highly recommend Mathilde as your French teacher. She is definitely one of the best teachers that I have had the opportunity to learn from. She adapted the training course as per my level and my requirements. She is very well organized and provides enough course materials to work on. The feedback on spoken and written exercises were really helpful for me. Since she is very well versed with english, and therefore she is able to correct mistakes that english speakers usually make while learning french. Also, the teaching involved a good balance of grammar and discussion around general topics, french culture, day to day life, etc. She is very motivating and I must say that learning from her was a wonderful experience for me 🙂

Mathilde is a thorough professional in organising/adapting the traning program based on the candidate's present level. I myself enrolled with her for a training program to take my present french language level to next. Mathilde rightly evaluated my level and improvement points, and accordingly adapted the pace and traning program. Even adapted to my requriements of appearning in TCF exam. It was quite effective and efficient. Materials were shared in time and exercises were corrected promptly with good amount of feedbacks. They were very essential in the learning. In the end, I achieved my desired results and was very happy about it. She is very enthusiastic and motivated, able to keep the training sessions interesting all along by splitting into different smaller activities. I highly recommend Mathilde to anyone wiling to take thier french language level to one next notch in shorter time frame.
