Meet Mathilde
Founder and CEO of HAPPY IN FRANCE
With over 25 years of international experience and 14 years living abroad, in the USA, Puerto Rico and Brazil, I created HAPPY IN FRANCE to bring together my passions for language, people, culture and transformation.
As a certified career coach, trainer and consultant in knowledge management (Airbus), I’ve worked with multinational companies, elite athletes and expat families, helping them adapt, grow and thrive.
I believe that integration is not just paperwork — it’s about self-confidence, understanding local codes and building meaningful connections. That’s what HAPPY IN FRANCE is all about.

We are a team of certified trainers, cultural coaches and multilingual professionals who have lived abroad and understand the challenges of relocation.
